How long does it take to receive my order?

All of our products are made to order, which means each item is printed and made specifically for you.  Once we receive your order, it gets sent to the appropriate facility to be made and fulfilled by some of the most awesome people in the world.  We typically ship orders within 7-10 workdays.  In the event of a sale, shipping times may be delayed.  

The average processing times are:

• Canvas prints: 3-5 days;
• Mugs: 7-10 days;
• Tote bags: 7-10 days.  

Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery once the order is shipped.

Depending on the product ordered, your items may be fulfilled and shipped separately from Pennsylvania, North Carolina or Nevada, USA.  For example, canvases will come from Raleigh, North Carolina, and mugs from Bristol, Pennsylvania.  So, if you purchase a canvas and a mug, for example, you will receive two packages.

How can I track my order? 

You will receive an email upon creation of the shipping label, which means your order is getting ready to be shipped. You'll receive a link to track your order. 

How can I contact you? 

Feel free to send an email to shop@twistedchameleon.com with your questions or requests.  You will receive a reply from a real live human being within 48 hours.   We're here to help!

How can I exchange an item? 

Please email shop@twistedchameleon.com with your name, order number, and reason for returning. If the exchange is due to a packaging error, defect, or manufacturing issue, we will cover the cost to return the item. If not, you just have to cover the shipping and we'll send you out a new item at no extra cost.  Please see our Refunds and Exchanges policy for details. 

Do you offer refunds? 

Absolutely. If you don't love your Twisted Chameleon item, we will refund your money. Refunds must be processed within 30 days of your purchase date. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. Please see our Refunds and Exchanges policy for details.
